Pacific Document Imaging, Inc. (PDII) is a minority owned business founded by Lynn T. and James K. Michishima to bring the premier document imaging platform to the State of Hawaii. The company was founded in response to a distinct lack of a comprehensive, compliant and most importantly user friendly document management system. Experience
PDII provides management and support for over 30 companies and government agencies located In Hawaii, California, and overseas. Our clients range from a small home office to medium sized firms and government. Pacific Document Imaging provides sales and services for Laserfiche, Scanners, and other imaging services.
Pacific Document Imaging has installed Laserfiche in many types of companies such as Certified Public Accounting firms, Certified Financial Planner&TM firms, insurance, state government, Universities, IT consulting, non-profit, and wholesaling.
Guam and American Samoa installations are serviced from our Hawaii Office.
Jann Michishima is dedicated to the management and servicing of our clients in California.

Outside of Pacific Document Imaging, Inc., Mr. Michishima has fully implemented Laserfiche in his Certified Public Accounting Practice since January, 2002. The practice is operating in a “paperless” environment and does not retain paper copies of documents. Mr. Michishima has supervised over twenty installations and the ongoing technical support of Laserfiche to its users. James Michishima, through Pacific Document Imaging is a Registered Partner with Microsoft, Certified member of the Microsoft Professional Accountant's Network, Sage Software Partner, and Quickbooks Certifed ProAdvisor. James K. Michishima is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial PlannerTM professional, former Realtor and career banker. He is a sole practitioner with a full-service accounting practice in Aiea. He has been a financial advisor for the last 25 years providing financial and tax planning services, prepares approximately 800 individual and 100 business tax returns every year. He performs audits of non-profit organizations, prepares financial statements, and provides bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses. | |
